Full Creative Development and Rollout
At the heart of our engagement was the full creative development of the project, including a visiual identity extending across both digital and print elements.

Management of 4,000 staff attendees across 4 City Centres
This presented unique challenges. Each location had its own venue, catering requirements, and RSVP management needs.

A key part of the evening was to link up all the centres for a live main performance and a leadership address

Health and Safety
Safety was paramount throughout the project. We developed and implemented comprehensive health and safety protocols to safeguard the well-being of all participants and staff at each city centre.

Design of Look-and-Feel of Collateral

On-Site Production

This extended to artwork creation, broadcast coordination, catering arrangements, and decor design, to create a cohesive and immersive experience for attendees.

RSVP Management
RSVP management was a critical element of our work. We expertly handled the entire RSVP process, ensuring that all attendees were accounted for and accommodated at each city centre.
