We were asked to create an extraordinary event experience for 200 guests, which included ministers and leading industry figures, in a new building facility located on a greenfield site. The biggest challenge? The site was situated out of the city during a particularly rainy week.

The Solution

Not shying away from a challenge we tackled it head-on with lots of planning, a risk strategy in place and no fear of a little mud. We set up a a custom-designed, high-end breakfast opening ceremony.

Scope of work

The scope of work included all aspects of both planning and execution. We conceptualised the creative elements which included the branding, look-and-feel, artist selection and management, design of all digital and physical assets (such as presentations, menus and signage) and managed the production of all these design elements. In addition to coordinating these collateral materials we did full show management ensuring seamless presentation and timing on the day.

This infrastructure encompassed a wide range of elements, including constructing the event venue, setting up fully-equipped kitchens, arranging power supplies, creating crew and artist holding areas, providing essential ablution facilities, establishing well-designed walkways, and organizing ample parking arrangements.

Additionally, we produced a comprehensive safety plan to guarantee the well-being of all staff, attendees and staff during the entire process (from build-up, the actual event and breakdown), provided protocol services for distinguished guests and managed the entire food and beverage process from menu development to catering during the event.

Over and above all of this, we made sure to prepare for unexpected situations, particularly adverse weather conditions, to ensure a seamless event experience. In the end, our dedication and attention to detail allowed us to transform an out-of-town greenfield site into an extraordinary venue that was able to host a breakfast which left a lasting impression on all attendees.

“There’s not much that can’t be achieved with detailed planning, excellent suppliers, great teamwork, and determination. On this occasion waterproof boots and lots of coffee came in handy too. ”
