Weekly internal and client status meeting and site visits. External H&S contractors were bought into to manage the JOC applications, on site and event security, medic on site and full safety file planning.
Event docs contained full deck of build, technical drawings, décor, catering, crew and crew placement, deployment of security and staff, emergency planning, run of show, crew lists, load in schedules and strike plans.
