Implementation plans

Following on from the agreement on the budget, a full scale project plan was developed. Weekly client status meeting along with a full deck covering all the key elements were held.

Multiple site visits with key suppliers along with ongoing risk management, contingency planning.


High-end touch points

Implementation of the golden thread of the Carnival across, décor, food and entertainment from the carnival dancers and DJ, photobooth touchpoints, carnival masks for the guests.

Methodology (including Health and Safety)

TNA follows the PMBOK project management methodology with the allocation of the project management team and key suppliers. Given the nature of the event – full project planning was done on SharePoint for shared management. Development of the budget with the project plan (including risks and milestones). Weekly internal and client status meeting and site visits. External H&S contractors were bought into to manage the JOC applications, on site and event security, medic on site and full safety file planning.

Event docs contained full deck of build, technical drawings, décor, catering, crew and crew placement, deployment of security and staff, emergency planning, run of show, crew lists, load in schedules and strike plans.

The end result

This is the 2nd year that TNA has managed the event. The evening resulted in an exceptional employee focused celebration.
